Sometimes we lose sight of the essential, the feeling for direction. We receive feedback from our surrounding, using it as corrective for our views and actions. But these people know us from yesterday. Today we are searching for new paths.
As organization as well as as individuals we need unbiased sparring partners who accompany us to the side line, where we can look at the unfolding events from the outside.
With own observations in the situation, creative ideas and joint reflection, I will support you from the side. A field of options will thereby open up for you.
You are facing the task of implementing major changes in the company. My long experience in business is available to you as a ressource. With well-founded analyzes, I present my view on the situation. For the planning process and the implementation of your plan I serve you as sparring partner.
In a preliminary talk we clarify and decide together on an appropriate manner of coaching, tailored to your needs.

As part of my assignments in companies I offer individual and leadership coaching for executives and staff. We work on topics of active leadership as well as the personal development. In times of change and restructuring within a company these coaching sessions are a useful complement to the ongoing structural measures taken.
In change situations it is vital to offer seminars and workshops to the employees of the company in order to involve everyone in the change process. I will work out some contents for these group events adapted to the overall situation, from which you can chose a suitable program. I will conduct the seminars, workshops, and individual talks for you.
As a private individual you are very welcome to approach me as well. We will jointly review your concerns both from the factual point of view as well as from the emotional sense.
